New product: KTC Contest

KTC Contest is the English version of KTC Concours. KTC Contest is a management panel for contests. Like all contest panels, it may give one or more prices, but also gifts to registered contestants. However, KTC Contest may be used simply as rank panel (without prizes), but also as "Sploder" with its various options.
