A new version 1.30 is available for the product KTC Blinds & Curtains. Read the Revisions chapter to discover news and improvements.

To get this new version, wear the object ‘KTC Information HUD’ and click on the top right icon . If you do not have this HUD, rez the object ‘Product name - Updater box’. Once the new version is received, read the update instructions available from the top right icon of the user manual.

New product: KTC Traffic lights

KTC Traffic lights is a realistic set of traffic lights for towns or others places. Lights are managed by a script installed inside an electrical box. Light cycles are intended to be used in all countries with 5 different sequences and a maintenance mode (Blinking orange). An automatic option allows to switch to the maintenance mode when the night based on the sunrise/sunset. You can build your own set with the following items: A traffic light stand overlooked by a 3 lights box and a 2 lights pedestrians box, a standalone traffic lights stand, a standalone pedestrians stand (For the other side of the way) and a main electrical box. Some examples are provided with a 3 and 4 ways configuration. Tree dark colors are available for the items: Brown, green and gray. To finish, a group option allows members of a group to access the menu and manage the traffic lights.

KTC Traffic lights est un ensemble constitué de feux tricolores réalistes et fonctionnels pour agrémenter les villes ou tout autre endroit. Le feux sont gérés par un script installé dans un coffret électrique. Les cycles d'éclairage sont adaptés pour tous pays avec 5 séquences différentes ainsi qu'un mode maintenance (orange clignotant). Un mode automatique permet de passer automatiquement en mode maintenance la nuit selon le lever et le coucher du soleil. Vous pouvez construire votre propre installation avec les éléments suivants : un support avec feux tricolores et un feu piétons déporté, un support simple avec feux tricolores, un support simple avec un feu piétons (pour le côté opposé à la voie) et un coffret électrique principal. Des exemples sont fournis avec une configuration de carrefour à 3 et 4 voies. Trois couleurs foncés pour disponibles pour les éléments : brun, vert et gris. Enfin, une option groupe permet aux membres d'un groupe d'accéder au menu et de gérer les feux.

A major update 2.00 is available for the product KTC Home lighting system. Here the changes:

• French messages and menus were removed, but the French user manual stays available.
• Number of linked prims for each fixture is no longer limited.
• Fixtures can now be linked to other prims like a building.
• Ability to do not record light attributs on some links.
• Red color set for color management parameters is now restored to white after saving parameters.
• Added a "Quit" button to exit "cleanly" the menus.
• Added a "Details" button in the fixture menu to display in the chat the list of link names, numbers and faces where light attributes were applied.

• Option added in the switch menu for to set the intensity time from 0 to 100% (adjustable between 2 and 15 seconds).
• When the switch was linked as a root prim to another object, clicks on this object were sent to the switch.

Problème de version de script pour le produit KTC Home lighting system

Un utilisateur a signalé un problème de fonctionnement pour le produit KTC Home lightning system. Le problème est le suivant : l'interrupteur peut éteindre les lampes, mais pas les rallumer. Ceci vient du fait d'une erreur de version pour le script "KTC Home lighting system - Light". Seuls les clients ayant acheté le produit sur SL Marketplace sont concernés.

Comment savoir si ce script doit être remplacé ?

Cliquez avec le bouton droit sur le script puis choisissez "Propriétés". Dans le champ "Description" doit être indiqué le numéro de version 1.02. Si la version est 1.01, contactez l'assistance pour obtenir un nouveau script.

An user reported a malfunction for the product KTC Home lightning system. The problem is: the switch can turn off the lights, but not turn on. This is due to a version error in the script "KTC Home lighting system - Light". Only customers who have purchased the product on SL Marketplace are concerned.

How do I know if this script must be replaced?

Right-click on the script and select "Properties". In the "Description" field must be specified the version number 1.02. If the version is 1.01, contact the support to get a new script.

New version 2.10 for KTC Doors & Windows. This update brings the following improvements and fix:

• Due to the construction of some mesh sliding doors, the direction of horizontal movement can be operated not according to the width but thickness. The "Vertical" option has been replaced by the selection of the X, Y or Z axis, this allowing to work with any primitive type.
• New sounds for the swing door type.
• A door could be opened by a sensor if it was not automatic.

KTC Doors & Windows is an innovative and professional system that allows using a single script to automate the opening of doors but windows too for your home. KTC Doors & Windows is able to recreate the opening and closing of swing, sliding or rotating doors in a very realistic and smoothly way. KTC Blinds & Curtains est un kit professionnel pour commander l'ouverture et la fermeture de vos stores et rideaux. Il peut également être utilisé pour tout autre objet nécessitant la rétraction de primitives comme par exemple un drap de lit ou une porte.

Le kit est composé d'un interrupteur à 2 boutons et d'un script à placer dans vos stores. Un simple clic sur le bouton correspondant permet d'ouvrir et de fermer les stores, mais aussi d'arrêter le déplacement à n'importe niveau.
