A minor version 1.31 is available for the product KTC Blinds & Curtains. This version fixes an access issue to the switch menu.

To get this new version, wear the object ‘KTC Information HUD’ and click on the top right icon . If you do not have this HUD, rez the object ‘Product name - Updater box’. Once the new version is received, read the update instructions available from the top right icon of the user manual.

An update 1.20 is available for the product KTC Blinds & Curtains. Here the changes:

• Added a ‘Quit’ button to exit the menu ‘Cleanly’. Use it instead of the ‘Ignore’ button.
• Integer or floating number inputs are now better checked.
• Internal changes, optimizations and spelling corrections.

New product: KTC Blinds & Curtains

KTC Blinds & Curtains est un kit professionnel pour commander l'ouverture et la fermeture de vos stores et rideaux. Il peut également être utilisé pour tout autre objet nécessitant la rétraction de primitives comme par exemple un drap de lit ou une porte.

Le kit est composé d'un interrupteur à 2 boutons et d'un script à placer dans vos stores. Un simple clic sur le bouton correspondant permet d'ouvrir et de fermer les stores, mais aussi d'arrêter le déplacement à n'importe niveau.

L'ensemble se configure par menu (pas de notecard). Vous pouvez définir le sens d'ouverture vertical et horizontal sans avoir à tourner votre objet mais aussi spécifier la taille minimale de rétractation.

Un gestionnaire d'accès individuel permet d'accorder les autorisations à tout le monde, à un groupe ou uniquement au propriétaire. De part son attribution souple de canaux de communications, il est possible de télécommander un ou plusieurs stores de façon indépendantes.

Enfin, le kit est agrémenté de sons réalistes qui peuvent être personnalisés ou même désactivés. Un exemple de store est également fourni.

KTC Blinds & Curtains is a professional kit for remote control the opening and closing for your blinds and curtains. It can also be used for any other purpose requiring primitives retraction such as bed draperies or a door.

The kit consists of a switch with 2 buttons and a script to place in your blinds. A simple click on the matching switch allows to open and close the blinds, but also stop the movement at any level.

The set is configured by menu (no notecard). You can set the horizontal and vertical opening without rotate your object but also specify the retraction minimum size.

Each switch has a single access manager to allow using to everyone, a group or only to the owner. By the flexible communication channels affectation, each switch may control a single blind or a set of blinds/curtains.

Finally, the kit contains realistic sounds that can be customized or even turned off. An example of a store is also provided.
