Network failure

An unidentified network issue is currently affecting product updates as well as the operation of the KTC Worldwide Networked Teleporter. We are investigating the matter. Please check back on this blog for updates. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Update at 8:12 (SL time): The issue has been identified. The server time on the server hosting the data is incorrect, which is causing malfunctions. A support ticket has been opened with the service provider. Thank you for your patience.

Update 2:37 — July 29 (SL time): A temporary solution will be implemented later today. This will resolve the issues with updates and the KTC Worldwide Networked Teleporter product.

Update 5:12 — July 29 (SL time): The issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing problems with product updates or with the KTC Worldwide Networked Teleporter, please contact support.

Reminder about updates

Many users still have products that have not been updated for several years, and the update system has since been replaced. If you receive a 502 error message when requesting an update, go to the store, locate the terminal ‘Store & SL Marketplace REDELIVERY TERMINAL’ on the right as you enter, click on it and select your product.

De nombreux utilisateurs ont encore des produits qui n'ont pas été mis à jour depuis plusieurs années et le système de mise à jour a été remplacé depuis. Si vous recevez un message d'erreur 502 lors d'une demande de mise à jour, allez au magasin, repérez le terminal “Store & SL Marketplace REDELIVERY TERMINAL” à droite entrant, cliquez dessus et choisissez votre produit.
