About issue with the product KTC SL Connected users HUD

On August 2018, an issue was reported with the product KTC SL Connected users. This SL bug was fixed today.

About the product KTC SL Connected users HUD

Some customers have reported that the number of SL connected users displayed on the KTC SL Connected users HUD is wrong. This is a SL bug and the service used to get data does not works. You can follow this bug on the SL JIRA here: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-216320.

Product listings issue on SL Marketplace

Since few days, some products have disappeared from the KTC store on SL Marketplace. Linden Labs are aware of the problem and it's affecting a lot of people.

• KTC Private bank
• KTC Rack mount cabinet
• KTC Serveur de paiement
• KTC Terratec Noxon
• KTC Truss textures
• KTC Vendor server

• KTC Vendor server - Multi vendor affiliation

These products remain available on inworld store.

All products have been restored on 2017/12/09.
