Update: KTC Scene rezzer

A version 3.11 is available for the product KTC Scene rezzer. This version fixes a major issue related to recording. Read the Revisions chapter to know about issues.

To get this new version, wear the object ‘KTC Information HUD’ and click on the top right icon . If you do not have this HUD, rez the object ‘Product name - Updater box’. Once the new version is received, read the update instructions available from the top right icon of the user manual.

To get this new version, wear the object ‘KTC Information HUD’ and click on the top right icon . If you do not have this HUD, rez the object ‘Product name - Updater box’. Once the new version is received, read the update instructions available from the top right icon of the user manual.

KTC Spy camera is a no copy product. So, you can get only one update. If you have several cameras, contact the support and choose ‘Product update’ as subject.

Good to know: KTC Spy camera is the product of KTC developped in 2019.

Network failure

An unidentified network issue is currently affecting product updates as well as the operation of the KTC Worldwide Networked Teleporter. We are investigating the matter. Please check back on this blog for updates. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Update at 8:12 (SL time): The issue has been identified. The server time on the server hosting the data is incorrect, which is causing malfunctions. A support ticket has been opened with the service provider. Thank you for your patience.

Update 2:37 — July 29 (SL time): A temporary solution will be implemented later today. This will resolve the issues with updates and the KTC Worldwide Networked Teleporter product.

Update 5:12 — July 29 (SL time): The issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing problems with product updates or with the KTC Worldwide Networked Teleporter, please contact support.

Un incident réseau non identifié impacte actuellement les mises à jour des produits ainsi que le fonctionnement du produit KTC Worldwide networked teleporter. Des investigations sont en cours. Revenez sur ce blog pour rester informé. Nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée.

Mise à jour à 2:37 — 29 juillet (heure SL) : une solution provisoire va être mise en place dans la journée. Celle-ci permettra de résoudre les dysfonctionnements pour les mises à jour et le produit KTC Worldwide networked teleporter.

Mise à jour 5:12 — 29 juillet (heure SL) : le problème a été corrigé. Si vous rencontrez toujours des dysfonctionnements avec la mise à jour des produits où l'utilisation du produit KTC Worldwide networked teleporter, contactez l'assistance.
