Update: KTC Rentals terminal

An update 3.50 is available for KTC Rentals terminal. Here the changes:
  • "Expiration" sub-menu was removed. The number of days for warning before expiration is now set with a value in an entry box.
  • The number of days for warning before expiration was increased to 10 days. Default value is now 5 days.
  • Percentage for split is now from 1% to 100%. When set to 100%, the full part of rents are paid to the defined recipient.
  • In rental editing menu, "Rent" button appears only when tenant name is set and "Duration" and "Prims" buttons appear only when the rent amount is set.
  • Main menu label display now state of enabled options like "Expiration", "Group", "Split" and "Penalty".
  • Added a "Penalty" option. When a rental is expired and a penalty is set, the rental amount to pay is increased of 1 to 25% for each day of delay.
  • Added an option to set the rent per week or per month. This option is specific for each rental. Per month, the rent is intended for 30 days (not 4 weeks) and the tenant can pay for 1 to 4 months (or up to 120 days).
  • When group access is enabled and an administrator other than the owner make changes on a rental, his name appears on the events in the log.
  • "Expiration" option changes appears now as event in the log if there is an administrator other than the owner.
  • The tenant was notified about rental duration changing (with wrong duration) when clicking on the "Apply" button (and confirm) in the "Duration" menu and when the rental was not started yet.
  • "Expiration" option changes was not applied to rentals in some cases.
  • The tenant name was not always displayed in the log when new rental creation.
  • Some internal changes, optimizations and spelling corrections.
