Update: KTC Rentals terminal

An update is available for the product KTC Rentals terminal. Here the changes:

• The "Cancel" button has been replaced by "Quit".
• It is no longer necessary to add "Resident" to the tenant name when he has only a first name. This also applies to the split.
• When you click on the terminal, it now indicates that it is in use when the menu is opened or is pending payment.
• "Renter" term has been replaced by "Tenant".
